The Bill of Rights - In My Own Words!

We Must Protect Our Bill of Rights!

During the First Continental Congress in 1789, our founding fathers had it Right when they collectively and thoughtfully understood that a free and Independent Nation can only prosper if and only if the citizenry within that nation are Free and Independent from any form of governmental control.  The citizenry must be a free and independent body.  The citizenry must be able to move freely about life without the heavy hand and the burden of the government.

The citizenry must be allowed to become successful and to create an unimpeded prosperous life, a limitless future for themselves and for their families.  The First Continental Congress had the remarkable forethought to create a Bill of Rights to protect the citizenry from an overpowering government.  The Bill of Rights has allowed all citizens within the United States to make their own futures, to live as they wish, to have freedoms and rights.  On December 15, 1791, the first 10 amendments were added to the United States Constitution – the Bill of Rights.

It is because of our fearless founding fathers and the Bill of Rights that all Americans have the freedom of religion, the freedom of speech, the freedom of assembly, and the right to bear arms.  There are other freedoms that have been supplied to all Americans, allowing us to be a Free and Independent Nation!

Your Bill of Rights:

The First Amendment - Prevents the federal government (Congress) from making laws which regulate (control) an establishment of religion (church), or that would prohibit the free exercise of religion (in schools or church in the time of COVID), or abridge (censor/hamper) the freedom of speech (“Big Tech”, the media, and federal government), the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly (peaceful protest), or the right to petition the government for redress (compensation) of grievances.

The First Amendment must not be stifled or impeded in any way as this will introduce Socialism into our County.  Conservatives within the United States are being regulated/controlled for the practice of religion and constantly censored in speech.  Also, there is no compensation of grievances at any form for loss of jobs, careers, or livelihoods from dangerous and attacking censorship on Citizens by the media, corporations, and politicians, which is another clear violation of the First Amendment.

The Second Amendment - Protects the right to keep and bear arms (all guns). "A well-regulated Militia (an armed and structured citizenry not employed by the federal government or part of any military), being necessary to the security (defense) of a Free State (i.e., Texas or the country from which an enemy is trying to overtake and kill the citizen), the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”. (Never interfered with or changed)

If we remove any part of the Second Amendment, our country will have to depend on an unarmed citizenry in a time of War with an outside enemy.  We must be able to defend and protect ourselves, our families, our property, our state, and our country from all unforeseen threats that want to kill and overtake us, i.e., China and Russia.

The Third Amendment – “No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.” (Very easy to understand)

The Fourth Amendment – Protects the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search and seizure by any form of government.  This right shall not be violated.  It requires the government to have a “probable cause” warrant that was issued by an Oath sworn judge who has described the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Fifth Amendment - Gives people the right to choose not to testify in court if they feel their own testimony will incriminate themselves and protects the citizen from being subject to criminal prosecution and punishment without due process (a fair and impartial trial). It prevents people from being tried for the same crime twice.  It establishes the power of eminent domain where private property cannot be seized for public use without just compensation.

The Fifth Amendment can be used for the purchase of private property at the Southern Border of Texas for the Safety and Security of our Great Country from the onslaught of the invading world.  The Fifth Amendment is being infringed for all those that have been arrested for the January 6, 2021 instigated riot, as they have not been given the right to due process with a fair and impartial trial.

The Sixth Amendment - Guarantees a speedy trial by a jury of one's peers (which is not happening for those arrested on January 6, 2021).  The accused citizens are to be informed of the crimes with which they are charged and will have the right to confront the witnesses brought by the government (not happening for the January 6 defendants). The amendment provides the accused the right to compel testimony from witnesses (hear from “at the scene” witness arguments for and/or against the accused), and to legal representation (meaning the government has to provide a fair and un-biased lawyer, which has not happened).

The Sixth Amendment is being infringed for all those that have been arrested for the January 6, 2021 instigated riot, as they have not been given a speedy trial by a jury of one’s peers, no right to compel testimony from witnesses at the scene, and no fair and un-biased lawyer representation.

The Seventh Amendment – Insures that civil cases will be tried by a jury.

The Eighth Amendment - Outlaws excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments (January 6 defendants are going through cruel and unusual punishments).

The Eighth Amendment is being infringed for all those that have been arrested for the January 6 instigated riot, as they are subjected to cruel and unusual punishment in jail, with no bail or fines.

Special Note: Not one person arrested for the January 6, 2021 instigated Capital riot has been charged with an Insurrection, therefore their Constitutional rights have been violated.  Over 725 persons have been arrested and charged with other offenses other than an Insurrection.

The Ninth Amendment – Admits that the list of rights described within the Constitution is not exhaustive (complete), and that the people (United States Citizens) still have all the rights that are not listed.

The Ninth Amendment allows for the Citizenry within the United States to have an unlimited amount of rights that are not listed within the Constitution.  In other words – FREEDOM!  FREEDOM from the burden and the heavy hand of the federal government.

The Tenth Amendment – Informs the citizen that all powers not specifically given (intentionally worded and/or explained powers) to the United States government within the Constitution, is given to the individual states or to the people.

The Tenth Amendment gives the Citizenry an unlimited and ultimate power over the federal government.

Question:  Are the Powers over all local and state elections given to the federal government or is it given to the Individual States by way of the state legislatures through the individual State Constitutions and the United States Constitution?

Answer:  Local and state election rights and any creation of election law was not given, written, nor explained for the federal government through the United States Constitution or any Individual State Constitutions.  Therefore, any interaction from the federal government to local and state elections, within any state, is highly Unconstitutional and a clear violation of the Tenth Amendment.
